We are annoyed when other companies share our information with others and therefore, vow not to do the same to any of you.

All addresses collected for catalogues will result in a one-time mailing of the information you requested. Unless submitted again, you will not receive any more mailings from us.

All subscribers to our online mailing list have the option to unsubscribe at any time. You will not be automatically subscribed just for being a customer, all subscribers must sign themselves up. You will not receive any other mailings other than e-mails.

All customer information is kept in our passworded accounting system, accessible only by the employees of Bareware. With each order, we will require your credit card information again as we don't keep this information easily accessible. If submitting this information via our secure server, it is only accessible by the order processors of Bareware and is deleted from the SSL as soon as your order has been shipped. Credit card transactions are locked up. This information is kept for accounting purposes for seven years and will then be destroyed by shredding.

Customers will not receive any other mailings from us unless otherwise requested. We will only contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss recent orders, after which you will not hear from us again unless requested.

All phone numbers will remain the property of Bareware. We will not share this information with anyone. Please do not e-mail or phone us asking to buy this information.
